About Christina

Christina Crowe, H. BSc. MACP, RP, (Cert) OAMHP (she, her), Registered Psychotherapist​ ​(CRPO#3908), Certified IPT Therapist, Validated Clinical Supervisor (S-Cert. OAMHP), ADHD Therapist & Coach, Owner & Clinical Director, Dig A Little Deeper, Psychotherapy & Counselling

Christina is a neurodivergent-affirming Registered Psychotherapist, Certified IPT Therapist and Validated Clinical Supervisor. Christina works with individuals (ages 16+), couples and families. Christina has been treating ADHD for almost a decade, as well as training new therapists as a practicum supervisor and providing ADHD-specific clinical supervision to practicing therapists. Christina is also the host of an ADHD specific podcast, The Christina Crowe Podcast: making the invisible VISIBLE, and is a relentless mental health advocate.

Christina is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Certified member of the OAMHP - Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, a member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance), CADDRA Advocacy committee member, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
