Hi, I’m Christina!
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and ADHD therapist and coach in Ontario, Canada.
I spend a lot of time helping both families and adults with new diagnoses, OR people who have been diagnosed for a while but not well managed, adults who were missed despite early indicators AND parents who have made it far enough on their own, but who might finally admit they need some support.
I decided to make this course to make all of this information more accessible, more cost effective and to help crowd out all of the weird and well, weirder information out there that can really lead one astray, with evidenced-based, current information and best practices.
I hope you enjoy it and I look forward to your feedback!
