Looking to find some zen in a world that doesn't always get your brain's unique wiring?
DIY*Calm is the content for you!
We've tailored our mindfulness meditation program for neurodivergent brains, recognizing that traditional meditation practices don't always fit everyone's needs.
Why did we need this?
Neurodivergent individuals are often told to “just calm down,” “focus better,” or “try harder”—without ever being taught how.
Traditional mindfulness resources rarely reflect the lived experiences of people with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivity.
Many of us find these practices inaccessible, unrealistic and even invalidating.
This course is built to support the neurodivergent brain, offering tools that honour how your mind and body actually work.
DIY*Calm is affirming, research-informed, trauma-sensitive, and completely judgment-free.
What you will learn
- Understand how mindfulness works in the neurodivergent brain—including ADHD, sensory processing sensitivity, and executive functioning challenges.
- Choose from a menu of adaptable, affirming mindfulness tools that meet you where you are.
- Build your own personal regulation toolkit using evidence-based strategies for focus, transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
- Recognize and interrupt burnout before it happens using quick, repeatable practices.
